Well, as you know I'm not much of a cook, but I would like to learn how to make empanadas. I also need to learn to make menudo.

i would like the empanada one too...i don't care for the pumpkin or sweet potato too much, but maybe i can fill them with something else.

That's what I was thinking too....I like pumpkin and sweet potatoe ok, but I don't love it.
